Very spicy Georgian Ajika, which we can even call chili paste. It can be used as a sauce if diluted with red dry or white dry wine, tomato paste or sour cream. It is used to prepare meat, chicken, seafood, rice, pasta and vegetable dishes (this is an incomplete list of foods to which Ajika adds a special taste).
