MEAT BALLS

Ingredients:
Igoeti spices
Minced meat
Rice
Dry coriander
Dry parsley
Red pepper
Paprika
Onion
Tomato
Eggs
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Preparation: Add rice, pepper, coriander, parsley, chopped onion, egg, garlic to the minced meat and mix. Make small meat balls.
Press one head of onion into rings, add tomato in oil and pour boiling water over the meat balls. There should be enough water in the pot to half cover the meat balls. Boil and serve deliciously.
